never connect the 3.5 mm plugs going from the TX–6's inputs or outputs to a microphone input with active phantom power. if you need to connect/disconnect wires during use, always make sure to connect the cable to the TX–6 first. this will help prevent malfunctions and/or damage to speakers or other devices.
